1. You must register on our forum using a valid email address.

2. In the Request to Join POW Forum, make post requesting to be considered for membership.

3. The post should contain the following information:

• a. Real name
• b. Age (must be 18 or have a parent sponsor)
• c. Sex (Male or female not yes or no)
• d. Location (where do you live, city and State/Prov)
• e. Any other squads you have currently/previously been a member of
• f. Type of internet connection
• g. Email Address
• h. Finally, tell us a little about yourself

4. You will need to setup Team Speak voice over net, we can provide the client upon request.

5. You will need to be active on server for at least one month (including being on voice with the squad while playing), playing as often as possible, thus giving POW  members a chance to observe the applicants playing methods, sportsmanship, and overall character.

6. The POW members will evaluate each request after the 30 days and make a decision.

7. You will be notified on what the members decision was.

1. If accepted, you will also be required to setup a Google Talk Instant Messager for getting notices.

4. Proper squad tags for an adult is -POW-.

1. POW is NOT a democracy. In the past we have found that doing things by squad vote did not work. We could never manage to make everyone happy and there was a lot of bickering and second guessing after votes were taken. As we become larger this became even harder to manage.

2. Everyone has a say and can express their views. The POW membership has final say on all decisions.

3. The POW membership is made up of the squad leader, assistant squad leader and a number of team leaders dependent on the size of the squad.

1. We ALL pay dues each year to cover the cost of running our servers and paying for bandwidth. The dues quoted are a minimum each member is expected to contribute to share a part of the burden. Those willing and able are encouraged to donate whatever they feel comfortable donating.

Current dues are $50

2. Each calendar year the dues are computed based on expected operating cost compared to current balance of funds, divided by the number of POW members. Each year the dues may go up or down depending on funds and expected cost.

3. Dues for new members joining will remain the same thru-out the year. If there is an excess the following year, dues will be reduced for all.

4. As our number of members increases, so will the revenue. This means that with additional members, next year dues could be reduced for everyone.

5. The dues are non refundable. If you leave POW or create problems and are asked to leave, the dues will not be refunded.

6. The dues are required to be paid within 30 days of joining or by Jan 31 each year.

3. POWs have a very strong military background. POWs support the military men & woman past & present.
